Finding common ground
Knowing when to go human
As Coca-Cola employees adopted a company-wide AI tool, they needed clear guidance on when to use the technology and when a human conversation would be more valuable.
A series of specially designed and facilitated stakeholder exercises explored real-world scenarios, challenged assumptions, and built consensus around how each could best support employees. The findings helped shape a clearer, more practical approach to communicating their options.
What emerged was an unexpected conclusion: AI and human coaching weren't competing solutions. They worked best together.
One experience. Many priorities.
Microsoft's coaching SharePoint site had become a maze of competing programs and overlapping information. With multiple stakeholders, each bringing their own priorities and requirements, there was no clear hierarchy, no consistent experience, and no easy way for key audiences to navigate it all.
Working through every piece of content, we developed a shared structure that brought the programs together without losing what made each one distinct. A flexible design system accommodated individual stakeholder requirements while creating a cohesive, intuitive experience for all audiences.
Changing the conversation.
Establishing a coaching culture at Delta required more than defining a new program. It meant identifying its core purpose, articulating its value, and building a shared understanding of what coaching could mean across the organization.
Through focus groups with key HR stakeholders and facilitated workshops with L&D partners, we explored perceptions of coaching, motivations for participation, and potential barriers to engagement. The insights are helping shape a messaging strategy designed to shift perceptions, encourage adoption, and establish a consistent foundation for coaching at Delta.
Making the opportunity tangible.
As BAE Systems considered expanding a successful coaching pilot, lessons learned revealed that communications would be essential to driving adoption and sustained engagement at scale.
To demonstrate the opportunity, a proposed communications launch plan outlined how the expanded program could be introduced and supported, while a testimonial video brought the pilot's impact to life through participant experiences.
Together, they helped make the case for expansion, contributing to a a multi-million relationship.
